Engelsk definition
A plant family of the order ZINGIBERALES, subclass Zingiberidae, class Liliopsida. Some species in this genus are called bird-of-paradise (Strelitzia reginae) which is also a common name for CAESALPINIA and Heliconia (HELICONIACEAE).
