Guanosin 5'-difosfat-2'(3')-difosfat, en guaninnukleotid med fyra fosfatgrupper. Två fosfatgrupper är förestrade till sockerdelen i position 5' och de två övriga i position 2' eller 3'. Denna nukleotid fungerar som budbärare för avstängning av syntesen av ribosomalt RNA när det inte finns aminosyror för proteinsyntes.

Two phosphate groups are esterified to the sugar moiety in the 5' position and the other two in the 2' or 3' position.
